Mussel Box Lunch Menu

No frills or fuss, just simple, classic cooking using fresh and local ingredients to capture the true taste of Cornwall in a laidback environment.

Lunch is a super casual affair, run on a first come first served basis with no reservation required.  (However between mid-September until the end of May we do offer a Sunday lunch which is advisable to book.)

All menus are samples only

Grab a box of Padstow Estuary mussels to go, delivered twice daily by the boys from Rock Shellfish and available cooked in a variety of favourite flavours, or take a seat in our outdoor pod and check out our What’s Good daily specials board.

Lunch menu is served from 12-3pm and Dinner 6-9pm

Pea puree, tartar and gem lettuce

Brown crab mayo, gem lettuce, creme fraiche and coriander

Buffalo Cauliflower
Cauliflower puree, black garlic and almonds
Baby Squid and Prawn
Served in a skillet with olive oil, gallic, chilli, ginger and served with sour dough

Pan fried Hake, samphire, pea puree, celeriac tartar, triple cooked chips
Reggies Fish curry
Spices curated by Reggie are sent from India by his mum to create a full layered stunning fish curry. Served with Basmati and a naan
Tarte Tatin
Jerusalem Artichoke & Red onion with feta and watercress pesto
Main Course
Beef and Marrowbone Burger
Brioche bun, smokey brisket, Monterey jack, tomato, rocket, chipotle mayo & fries
Padstow Mackerel Nicoise
Gem lettuce topped with tomatoes, green beans, potato, egg and our own Nicoise dressing
Buttermilk Chicken Caesar Salad
Gem lettuce topped with smoked streaky bacon, anchovies, parmesan, egg and our own Caesar dressing
Padstow Bass
Lemon and garlic hollandaise - rainbow chard and new season potatoes
'Lisa Marie' Padstow Lobster
Simply grilled with garlic and parsley butter and served with fries and a shallot and radish salad
